Draw Japan’s Municipalities on a Terrain Map

The hard level for Japan. Choose a prefecture, then outline one of its cities, towns or villages, or draw the line between two neighbours. Designated cities count as one unit; Tokyo’s 23 special wards are separate. Municipality names are shown in Japanese. 日本語版はこちら。

How municipality play works

Each prefecture is its own set. Draw a region asks for one municipality’s outline; draw a shared border asks for the line between two neighbouring municipalities of the same prefecture. Borders with another prefecture are played on the prefecture level.
